We perform drilling, coating and grinding of the vacuum rolls of paper and board machines as an on-site service. We can drill and groove your new vacuum rolls ready for use at our own workshop or on site at your premises.
Coating
The best way to carry out vacuum roll servicing and maintenance is as an on-site service. It saves time and effort and minimises expensive downtime. Grinding and coating prevent corrosion and improve the machine’s runnability, because a rusty roll will very quickly wear out the wire and may leave marks on the paper.
